Precious went missing on Sunday January 18, 2004. Her and her unborn baby Angel were found murdered on Wednesday January 21, 2004. Their accused killer was protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
One thing is certain… there were no additional charges for the baby that also died when Precious was murdered.
