Candice Rochelle Bobb – 5 months pregnant.

Candace Bobb was shot and died in Toronto in 2016. Her 24 week old baby boy, Kyrie, was delivered by emergency c-section. He died in hospital 3 weeks later on June 5th.

Although there has yet to be an arrest for these crimes, Toronto Police have determined that there will be charges for both Candice and Kyrie.

Had Kyrie died before the emergency c-section was completed Canadian law dictates that there could only be only one charge of murder. There would be no legal mechanism to acknowledge the crime against Kyrie had he not survived the c-section.
